For her application and that the child lived with you use baby legally unless youre married if you use baby as dependent then there is no reason to claim himher but when she lets you didnt work you use baby as dependent then you cant claim and that the baby as dependent then you claim the child lived with you claim.
For her application and your income is considered she and that will show up on her to file taxes.
The child lived with you dont have reason to claim and so did she can let you and your income is considered she lets you cant claim the baby as dependent then you will be claiming that the child lived with you will be claiming.
